Fairway Fresh - Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided Fairway Fresh offers specialized cleaning services for golf clubs, trolleys, shoes, and bags, with options detailed in our price list.

2. Pricing Prices are in British Pounds (£) and subject to change. Booked services will be honored at the price quoted at the time of booking.

3. Payment Terms Full payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payments. Mobile service bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

4. Mobile Cleaning Service We offer mobile cleaning services within and around RM16. The first 7 miles are charged at £10, and distances between 7 and 15 miles are at £20. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for mobile services. Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Pre-Damage Inspection Upon receiving equipment, Fairway Fresh will perform a thorough pre-damage inspection, which includes documenting existing conditions through written records and photographic/video evidence. Customers will acknowledge this documentation to ensure agreement on the condition of items prior to service commencement.

6. Cancellations Please see condition 4 for cancellation policy.

7. Liability Fairway Fresh is not liable for pre-existing damage to equipment. All pre-service damage will be documented and acknowledged by the customer. Liability for service-related damages is limited to the cost of service.

8. Complaints and Claims Complaints or claims about service quality must be made within 24 hours of completion. Fairway Fresh assumes no responsibility for claims made after this period.

9. Service Guarantee We stand by our service quality. If you're unsatisfied, contact us within 24 hours for complimentary re-cleaning of the item(s).

10. Force Majeure Fairway Fresh is not liable for service delays or failures resulting from Acts of Nature, war, government actions, labor disputes, or utility failures beyond our control.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Acceptance of Terms By using Fairway Fresh services, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
